Emails and e-signing

Can I edit the required documents and have them be e-signed?
No, you cannot change the required documents in the document manager or have custom documents e-signed but you can upload as many documents as you wish to individual projects. 

Can I change the email templates or add new ones?
The current email templates can only be edited on a case by case basis and new templates cannot be added.

Can I send emails from my email address rather than an Easy PV address?
By default emails sent from Easy PV will send from a “no reply” email address, with your own email address is CC’ed. 

 You can configure your email settings in  Pro account settings  >  Emails so emails will come from your own domain. Read more about that here .
